Very pleasant experience I bought a used car from McLaughlin that I saw posted online. I worked with Dan Machu through email and phone calls getting everything finalized and w I bought a used car from McLaughlin that I saw posted online. The things that I appreciated most about Dan was how he never pressured me and how when we were emailing back and forth, he was very straightforward and clear. Once my wife and I decided to buy the car, Robert Coronado helped us get all the paperwork filled out. Both Robert and Dan were great to work with. More

Great Customer Service! We drove over an hour to come to McLaughlin's, rather than look locally. My wife and I were interested in a used Subaru that we heard was available. K We drove over an hour to come to McLaughlin's, rather than look locally. My wife and I were interested in a used Subaru that we heard was available. Kim sent us a video of the car immediately. We asked her to hold the car for us until the next day because we were Very interested. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by Brian Cox. We discussed the vehicle, drove it and purchased it! There were a few minor things that needed addressed and every detail was taken care of. When we received the car, it was immaculate! Throughout the entire process, each individual we encountered, Robert in finance and Josh Young, the new car manager, were both efficient, polite and professional. We toured the service department as well, and there is no doubt that We will drive to McLaughlin's for all of our service needs. The team of people at McLaughlin's far exceeded our expectations and we will definitely tell others about our car buying experience! More

Straight Forward, Attentive, Personable, Smooth. Kris Hutton at McLaughlin Subaru in Moline was very attentive, efficient and personable. I literally called him to explain what I was interested in and within the hour he presented me with pricing details. We drove for an hour in a snow storm to meet with him, test drive the car, sign on the dotted line and drive home. Smooth process. No haggling or games, just EXCELLENT Service. Robert in in financing and Kris in sales are both top notch. My new AWD Subaru Legacy handled very well on poor road conditions. I would definitely recommend this dealership and staff. My husband convinced me to purchase the 2018 Legacy with the latest safety fea This is our 5th Subaru purchase (Forester, 2 Outbacks and 2 Legacy's). My husband convinced me to purchase the 2018 Legacy with the latest safety features. I loved the 2015 and didn't think it was possible to like this one better, but I do. The suspension system is different so it rides even better and the cabin is quieter. We have returned due to the quality of the vehicles, quality of the service and employees. Our go-to salesman, Brian Cox, is easy and comfortable to talk with, provides a very complete introduction to the vehicle of our interest with no pressure. Everyone we have been in contact with at McLaughlin has been helpful and efficient. Robert Coronado processed the paperwork very quickly and is also a pleasure to deal with. I like the Reading Room vs the waiting room with the television and consider that a real plus when I go for service. More

Enjoyable experience My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle. We researched SUV's and found Subaru very highly rated. We were initially interested in a Forester, but after test driving it, we weren't sure that it was what we wanted. Our salesman, Jesse Lester, suggested we try a Crosstrek. It was love at first ride. Jesse was great at explaining the vehicle and all it's features. All of the people we have dealt with at McLaughlin Motors have been professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. This is our 5th Impreza from McLaughlin We’ve bought 5 cars from McLaughlin because of their professional and friendly staff. Bob Coronado in Finance and Jesse Lester, our sales consultant, made our latest purchase easy and enjoyable. I had dealt with Bob during my purchase in April 2017, and when my husband’s 2016 Impreza was destroyed by an uninsured driver who ran a traffic light in excess of 70mph in December 2017, Jesse and Bob made our newest purchase practically stress free. (My husband was trapped in the wreckage, but wasn’t seriously hurt thanks to Subaru’s superior safety design. This is the second time someone from our family walked away from a totaled Subaru without life-threatening injuries). I find McLaughlin Subaru’s website very user friendly and have purchased 3 of our cars online. Thank you Jesse, Bob and all of the McLaughlin team! Outside of routine maintenance, hopefully we won’t ever have a need for your services again. More
