He is always patient with any questions and will go over every part of the transaction several times if need be. He indulges often unrelated stories and comments and never rushes the process. I just picked up my most recent vehicle, a 2019 CHR XLE in Blue Eclipse Metallic and absolutely love it so far! She directed us to the customer waiting area and pointed out the immensities available. She was true to her word in that about an hour later she appeared with the completed paper work and identified our car sitting outside waiting for us. Nice JOB! More

Our salesperson, Dan Lo, was knowledgeable about the car and we liked working with him. We did not feel pressure at any time of our experience. On the down side when we picked the car up it was a very busy time at the dealership(end of the month). When we did a walk around the car before finalizing the deal we noticed there were swirling scratches on the passenger side, between front door and rear panel. We were surprised no one had noticed this before we looked at it. Dan took it to the body shop and an hour or so later the car came back without the scratches. We then met with Rob in the finance department. He offered us some add-ons, that we declined. Then signed the papers and got on our way. More
