I was buying my first new car in over 20 years, and he made the entire process seamless for me. He gave me all of the information that I needed without being pushy or hurried. He even went to pick up the specific vehicle that met my requirements from another dealer, and then spent almost an hour helping me learn to use the technology. I only gave a 5 star rating because I couldn't give a 6! I will certainly be returning to both DCH Toyota AND Anthony for my next car, and highly recommend him for any vehicle needs. More

I had spoken to various dealerships whom either told me they had it in stock only for me to go there and once I got there, they did not have it. All the way to dealerships stating they can get it in 48 hours. After searching dealers in my area, I was recommended this dealership and went online to their site. My husband called and spoke with Janine, whom confirmed that indeed the car was in stock. I was a little apprehensive at first but we made the appointment to go. Once we walked in we met Darryn who was a breath of fresh air. After Darryn, we dealt with Robert who was the finance manager and he was wonderful as well. FYI, their prices beat all the dealers I went to! Just as an overall experience with searching for a certain car (which is exhausting), DCH Wappingers Falls was delightful. More

She spent a lot of time with us on a busy Saturday and made sure we had all of the information we needed before we left, including pricing and trade-in offer. We said we needed a couple of weeks to think about it and she was very respectful of that. We went to another dealership in the meantime, and they did not compare. We ended up buying a Highlander XLE from Melissa and would recommend her to anyone. The process was smooth, comfortable and we love our new vehicle! More

Buying a new Toyota Sienna I was referred to a particular salesman (Naeem Randall) and I couldn't have been happier. He was helpful and honest about the various models. I was surprised to discover that the salesmen are now on salary and not commission, which helps to explain why he was so forthright. He explained all the various features of the different models so that I was able to make an educated purchase. I was disappointed that I couldn't get certain features, but they came packaged (like cable TV) and so to get a navigation system I had to also get a sun roof and heated leather seats, neither of which were of interest to me. My only negative experience was with the finance man (Nick Palmas). It wasn't that he didn't provide good information, but he just seemed too slick, like the proverbial sleazy used car salesman. However, when I went to pick up the car, Nick wasn't there and so we had Robert Goldberg, who was a much warmer individual. More
