I was in the dealership approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes and was able to test drive, discuss options and finally secure lease terms on a truck that I was happy with. The whole process was quick and effective. I told Frank it was the most painless car buying experience I have ever had. I did not feel pressured at all and he was up front on all costs and fees. Upon picking up the car a few days later the process was still painless as all paperwork was streamlined and took 20' to complete. All staff encountered were professional and helpful.
