In particular, I want to say that Rolando Dones was exemplary in every way - polite, thorough, patient, responsive, timely and kind. I also interacted with Daryl, his manager, and with Robert Goldberg, your business manager. Daryl and Robert were also very helpful and exemplified high professional standards and excellent people skills throughout the process - as did Rolando, of course. In addition, the service manager was efficient in his assessment of my "vintage" 1990 Toyota Camry - the service department installed the remote starter I ordered within 24 hours. On one of the hottest days of the year last week, Rolando made sure I had plenty of cold water at my disposal and took great care in making sure I was comfortable throughout my "shopping" experience.This was, by far, the most pleasant and professionally well handled experience I have ever had in shopping for and purchasing a vehicle. I contacted the dealership by using my computer and within a hours I was contacted. Robert Goldberg called me and made an appointment for my wife and I to meet with him. Mr Goldberg had a Professional, polite,no pressure sales approach. From the beginning to the end Rob treated us with exceptional customer service,and made our buying experience really terrific. As we were finished our purchase Rob introduced us to Michael Limata who is the General Sales Manager. He asked us questions about our buying experience and wanted to know if we were completely satisified with the purchase of our new Tacoma. I purchased a 2011 Toyota Venza today after doing on line research for a month. 2 weeks ago I sent an on-line request for more information. Deana Patmore responded to my on-line request via a phone call and research for a month. 2 weeks ago I sent an on-line request for more information. Deana Patmore responded to my on-line request via a phone call and voice mail within 45 minutes, on New Years Eve! Due to my job travel schedule, Deane and I traded emails for 2 weeks, of which were very detailed and informative. I finally found time to head into the dealership, where I spoke to and worked with Robert Goldberg. Robert made it very easy for me to make my decision to purchase his car after he went through all the details in a professional and honest manner. The best part was receiving good value for my trade in, slightly higher than Kelley Blue Book. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family and continue to purchase cars in the future here. Our experience with DCH Wappingers was excellent from the moment we walked into the showroom (actually it was smooth from the initial phone call with an internet sales rep. When we entered the room we felt no pressure or "rushed" atmosphere, but rather felt acknowledged and listened to. They were very busy (slammed actually) but we were speaking with a sales rep within 2 minutes and he exemplified the new "no hassle" policy and process they profess. Eduardo was polite and professional, yet fun and personable, and since we knew we wanted a Sienna when we walked in, he just eased through the process of helping us select the right one for a great price. On the 2nd day we went to the dealership (to pick up the Sienna) we were with our two kids (4 & 1 y/o) and Eduardo went out of his way to blow up some balloons for them. All his colleagues, from Sales Managers to finance guys all came across as genuine, easygoing and professionally sound. We would recommend this Dealership to anyone purchasing a Toyota. More
