Pinkal and Melissa made sure everything was perfect. Now that my Corolla lease was up, It was time for a new Rav4. Since I work Two Jobs I called Pinkal to try to get the basics done before I could get to the dealership. To my surprise Pinkal worked with Eric and handled everything For me over the phone. When I got To the dealership my new Rav4 was waiting for me just as Pinkal and Eric said it would. I had no reservations knowing that Pinkal and Eric got me the best deal on my new lease, with no haggling or other unpleasant "surprises" one comes to expect from hearing car buying horror stories. Eric introduced me to Rob Who Handled the lease paperwork and gave me a great deal on some important lease options. They did everything they could to make sure I and my new car were perfectly suited to each other, and explained every little feature on the new car. They are always professional, and the place has a large waiting area which is airy and very clean. There is even a little kitchen for coffee and bagels while you wait for your car!
