The experienced is never a good one when sonething serious like a cylinder misfire happened to your brand new 2020 Lincoln Navigator. But in the end I can say that the good people at Carman, from my salesman John McDonald to Dave the service manager to Jamie Ledford the Customer Relations Manager made me whole and happy with their professional due diligence. More

They have a drive in service department (first one I ever seen) which caught me by surprise and was not sure what to do. But once inside the service personnel could not have been more helpful and I was immediately directed the the next available service writer who was as pleasant as they come. The service that was to performed was completed in a timely fashion and done in a very professional manner. The service technicians are among the best in the industry. I was completely satisfied with the work performed and my vehicle was returned in a clean condition. You would never know that it had been in for service.
