Hello, My name is Robert Kirkwood. I am originally from Chicago, Il. I have my bachelors in Business Management and associates in Accounting. My favorite car is Lexus. I have been in the Business going on two years. I have a storied background in customer service, managing hotels for 10 plus years. Few years working directly with a President Secret Service team. On thing that sets me apart from other is I want each every customer to remember me and the amazing experience they had while in my company at the dealership. I had been to several dealerships look for a car. Benz and Beemer were outstanding. The other dealerships I went to paled in comparison. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Robert my sales person. From start to finish I was treated with respect and patience no matter how many questions I asked. Steve the service manager put the car on the rack to assuage any concerns. Another great experience at CBB. The finance guy explained everything in detail and I didn’t feel pressed by him. I give Robert and the dealership a solid 10/10 More

I have bought so many cars over the year and I can honestly say without a doubt that this was the easiest buying experience I have ever had. Robert is an amazing salesperson. He created a seamless purchase process that had me in and out of the dealership o less than an hour. He kept me updated throughout the post sales/delivery process which I appreciated very much.
