I brought my 2019 Accent in to have a 6 month 4000 mi service and to check brakes which were squealing .after a two hour wait I was told they had to order parts I was called back to replace brakes, af service and to check brakes which were squealing .after a two hour wait I was told they had to order parts I was called back to replace brakes, after a two hour wait I was told they had to order a special tool to fix my brakes and they would call m when it came in my brakes are still squealing and there is another two hour wait to replace them when it does six hours of waiting, three, hour long trips to and from dealership I love my car and like the folks at Crews Subaru but really. Easy and stress free trade up. I traded in my 2017 Impreza to get a 2019 Crosstrec. NO ONE beats Crews Subaru. This is the 11th car I've purchased from a dealer over the last 40 years. This is my 4th Subaru. I bought the last 3 from Crews Subaru. Why? Becaus This is the 11th car I've purchased from a dealer over the last 40 years. This is my 4th Subaru. I bought the last 3 from Crews Subaru. Why? Because NO ONE comes close to offering the product they sell combined with the the finest staff I've had the pleasure of working with. I would like to take this opportunity to extend my highest praise to my personal salesman, Robert Kozakiewicz. He is AMAZING. He anticipated my every question and need. He spent well over an hour teaching me how to use the smart screen in my new Forester. We went for 2 nice, long test drives. He called my insurance company to switch over my policy, He cleaned out my old car for me. My title was at home and they made special arrangements for me to just drop it off at the home of one of their employees who lives close to me so I didn't have to make another trip. Service, service service! I also wish to recognize the manager - Al Cerone- that helped me nail down an extremely equitable deal, both on the purchase price of my 2018 Forester and on the trade in value of the car I brought to them. He/they CLEARLY showed me they value my repeat business. Total professional: no pressure and (authentically) respectful. Bonus points for beautiful blue eyes! I won't go into how great the Crews service department is; you'll have the pleasure of finding out when you buy a Subaru. More

When it came down to closing the deal, Kevin Madeo didn’t play any games, presented a fair deal, and was able to meet my price point with very little negotiation. Pam Baker was great to work with related to protection plans for my Outback. Pam was was very thorough in explaining options available to me and was able to provide a discount on options I purchased. Robert K was great during the delivery process explaining how everything worked on the Outback. If you are in the market for a Subaru, I highly recommend Crews Subaru! More

AWFUL!!! I will NEVER walk in this dealership again!!! The only good experience I had was with Robert! Pam Baker was pushy and was asking me to put down my boyfriend’s info when he was not there and I did not feel comfortable doing that! Then she complained because “She was told five more minutes” in regards to waiting on my boyfriend to get there, when I was not not the one who told her that. Then, when we asked Jerry Peters to come down ONLY $1200 because WE HAD CASH he would not and was very rude. Then, when leaving and trying to pull out onto the busy road, I was honked at by Pam behind me because she was too impatient for me to wait for cars to pass by! These people do not care about their customers and I will make sure this review is seen by EVERYONE!!!! ZERO STARS FOR PAM AND JERRY!!!! More

Three people made that happen, my first contact was Linda Breedlove who was responsible for getting me to visit the showroom, next was Robert Kozakiewicz, who is so well versed on the Subaru brand and has a personality that you cannot help but to warm up to and Pam Baker who made the numbers part of the buying experience painless efficient and pleasurable. I got a great car at a very fair price and for the first time in my life had fun buying a car. The people at Crews Subaru make the difference, they are Crews Subaru!! More
