As I returned home from your service department I realized the hood of my vehicle was not secured. The hood latch was not completely closed and latched. This could have caused me a great deal of trou realized the hood of my vehicle was not secured. The hood latch was not completely closed and latched. This could have caused me a great deal of trouble and possible crash. Disappointed that the mechanics would not have caught this issue. Disappointed that Robert had not found this issue as he drove it to the front of your service station for me to return home in an unsafe manner. $200 not well spent and cannot recommend your service department with such a grievous mistake in safety.
