BMW EXCELLENCE Just leased my New 2015 X3 from BMW of Westlake!! This is the third BMW I have purchased/leased from this dealership and I couldn't be happier!! The Just leased my New 2015 X3 from BMW of Westlake!! This is the third BMW I have purchased/leased from this dealership and I couldn't be happier!! The service was first class and everybody there was friendly. Howard stayed late to help us seal the deal on a Friday and we took delivery on Saturday. The whole team was great! Highly recommend BMW of Westlake - a class act all the way! My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our first BMW. Everyone at the dealership was so very friendly and helpful. We love that the dealership is just down the street from us which will be very convenient for popping in for our routine maintenance visits. Our salesman, Scott Miller, was great to work with. He was very patient and knowledgeable. We were truly surprised to learn he was new to the business! Scott helped us find the vehicle that fit our specifications and was very good at helping to convince us that we should choose the BMW over other comparable vehicles we were considering in our search. We also appreciated that the sale "pitch" was informative, but not high pressure. We are thrilled to be a member of the BMW family! More

Ganley BMW is the best While narrowing our options to purchase a new car, we visited and interfaced with a total of 7 automobile dealerships in Ohio including two other BMW While narrowing our options to purchase a new car, we visited and interfaced with a total of 7 automobile dealerships in Ohio including two other BMW dealers (both of which where closer to our home). The professionals that we met and worked with at Ganley BMW where the best by far in every regard. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced individuals who treated us as though they cared. The fact that they represented the best car for us certainly made our choice of brand easy, but in addition it became clear early on that if BMW was our choice then Howard, Bob and the rest of the folks at Ganley would be our dealership. We are very pleased with our selection of BMW AND Ganley. More

The car I wanted (with many options and color combinations had to be ordered from the factory. John and his manager saved me money by advising that there were a few 2014 order slots available before the 2015's were to be built. Since I was leasing and the 2015's were not changing much I ordered the 2014. Robert Strecker was very helpfull since I made some option changes on John's day off. Bob and I worked through email to get everything straightened out. Thanks John and Bob. More

Performance Delivery Experience September 2, 2014 HI Ken (Ken Delk), We took delivery of our new X5 yesterday at the BMW Performance Center. My, what at awesome experience! My wife and I both enjo HI Ken (Ken Delk), We took delivery of our new X5 yesterday at the BMW Performance Center. My, what at awesome experience! My wife and I both enjoyed it immensely. The test track experience was a dream come true. It wetted my appetite to go back and take the two day driving school. The factory tour was impressive. I’ve toured many manufacturing plants during my business career including other auto assembly plants, and several engine manufacturing plants. The technology and innovative methods being used at the Spartanburg, SC plant are mind boggling. Finally, the delivery experience was extremely thorough. There is so much to learn about the control systems that are on the iDrive, it will take us a while to absorb and retain it all. But it was an extremely helpful start. We will do this experience again in a heartbeat when we purchase another BMW. We only drove about 100 miles yesterday and are now in Asheville, NC for the day. We plan to spend today touring the Biltmore Estate and finish our trip home tomorrow. Our short 100 miles was a wonderful driving experience and we absolutely love the car already. I’m sure we will enjoy it even more once we learn how to operate all the controls. Thank you very much for all your capable assistance in helping us buy the car, and especially for setting up the Performance Center delivery experience for us. We appreciate the strong support from Robert Strecker and Frank Steffen too. We were impressed with the friendliness, courtesy, professionalism, and thoroughness from all three of you.
