I originally worked with Mark Roberts and Bob Strecker. After Mark left the company Ken Delk took over and did a fantastic job making sure our delivery took place as expected. Also many thanks to Mike in Finance and Nate the "BMW Genius" who patiently took us through all of the vehicle systems.
