I had an emergency on a Friday morning but my normal mechanic advised me to go to Colonial as my car was still under warranty (though I didn’t buy it from them). The three guys were all willing to help me and it wasn’t even a question that they would figure out how to squeeze me in. The shuttle service was unexpected and all the more fantastic for helping me get home, and before noon I got the call that my car was fixed (it was a random bum sensor, but apparently a very important one). The shuttle brought me back right away and I was off! I am still absolutely floored at how efficient and easy this whole experience was — thank you thank you thank you Colonial! More
