I got the pleasure to work with Robin. When I came in he got me into a truck I had asked about earlier on the phone. He was able to work with my budget and get me an interest rate with the bank to get a payment to fit what I needed. Robin also made it very clear that if I had any trouble or needed any assistance with my GMC in the future to give him specifically a call and he would help me out and get me taken care of. This was also extended to getting anything added to the vehicle as well, extra storage under the seats, speakers whatever I wanted that wasn’t stock latter on. I would recommend Moore Buick GMC to all my friends in the area in the future. More

I purchased a truck during the finalization process I asked the salesman if the truck had specific features he said it did it was the end of the day so I wasn't able to check those features The next day asked the salesman if the truck had specific features he said it did it was the end of the day so I wasn't able to check those features The next day I was still not able to find these features and the salesman said he would look into it and call me back 2 Days later he still hadn't called me back I followed up he said two more days still didn't follow up I called manager the manager also said give me a few days to look into it he confirmed that if the truck did not have the features. The dealership refused to return the truck for a refund but offered an alternate solution with the truck that included the features not in the previous one. I did have to wait another month for that truck to arrive. Once the other truck arrived the exchange and price difference resulted in about $15,000 more even though the truck was only $5,000 more expensive. The extra $10,000 was taxes for the second truck I was not refunded the tax from the previous truck. So I was stuck was stuck paying tax for two vehicles to do an exchange. I felt that the salesman and the dealership pushed that truck on to me when I originally came in for a different one. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone, their agenda is to get rid inventory at the cost of a the customer More
