Robb was very good at explaining exactly what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done to correct the problem. When I picked my car up Robb was gone for the day but the others were extremely helpfu with my car and what needed to be done to correct the problem. When I picked my car up Robb was gone for the day but the others were extremely helpful. I plan on having all my work done on my 2020 Buick Encore with Luther Buick. Top notch service on all ends. Robin Tollefson in service helped me with my car problem and he explained what needed to be fixed on my vehicle and gave me an estimate what t h e cost will be. My appt was on Friday and when I came to p and he explained what needed to be fixed on my vehicle and gave me an estimate what t h e cost will be. My appt was on Friday and when I came to pick it up he told me they would need to order a part from Minneapolis and the car would not be done until Monday. So there I was without a car for the weekend and I had a family funeral on Monday morning. I was frustrated. Robin told me about renting a car from them which was really helpful and made my life easier. The person that helped with renting the car was very helpful and he even walked me out to the car and showed me how things worked. The car was a beautiful SUV GMC Terrain with a heated steering wheel. Wow! Sorry I don't know his name but he was kind and very helpful. The driver that dropped me off at work Friday morning was very nice too and got me to work on time .I have worked with Robin many times as I have my car service for all oil changes, tires and the checkups. Robin is very kind and always helpful and knowledgeable. He provides great customer service. I love how you can drive into the service garage and then wait in the customer lounge and that you offer drop off and pickup service. I give Robin a 5 star rating. Thank you for the great work. More
