Delivery of the car from the factory to the dealer, which is totally out the dealer's control, took longer than I expected and to say I was not happy would be and understatement. After countless phone calls a lesser person would have definitely lost his temper with me. Rocco was calm and courteous through the whole transaction and never once lost his cool. Rocco and the crew at Branhaven did right by me and I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy/lease a new vehicle. More
