I think they treated me fairly on buying my Lincoln but when I had my oil changed and tires rotated it cost me sixty one dollars. That’s just way too much so I don’t want to go back for any service and be when I had my oil changed and tires rotated it cost me sixty one dollars. That’s just way too much so I don’t want to go back for any service and because of that I don’t recommend doing business with Phil Fitts Ford. My granddaughter is in the process of buying a new vehicle 🚗 I won’t take her there!! More

Rod was so helpful to me when I ran out of gas. I was so excited to come to buy a car I forgot to buy gas, ran out on I80. Rod called me several times to see if AAA was there yet. Fixed problem great experience. Had vibration noise intermittently of unknown origin. Like finding a needle in a haystack in my opinion.
