Presented with $3200 worth of repairs when coming in for an oil change. I believe there should have been some discussion and options of what Tameron could if additional services were to be approved. To just an oil change. I believe there should have been some discussion and options of what Tameron could if additional services were to be approved. To just show someone a piece of paper and say your vehicle (that is in great shape) needs $3200 in repairs and maintenance seems a little excessive. I have owned luxury cars and never been shown repairs and maintenance needs totaling more than $1800. More

This is the second time that I've visited this establishment and when my car came back from the service area and it had oil all over the outside and inside of my car. I've never experienced such s establishment and when my car came back from the service area and it had oil all over the outside and inside of my car. I've never experienced such sloppy service with these two visits. Second thing is I've had to wait on a service advisor to come out to assist me when I drove up. The first time I waited in my car for at least 25 minutes and thankfully I didn't have to wait but around 7-10 minutes this time. Something has to be changed with this type of service especially when I drove over an hour to come there thinking I was going to get good service. More

Service was fine but I ended up having to pay for a service that should've been covered under the extended warranty but the dealer wouldn't call or put any effort into figuring it out! Now I am waitin service that should've been covered under the extended warranty but the dealer wouldn't call or put any effort into figuring it out! Now I am waiting for reimbursement from the extended warranty company because they wouldn't pick up the phone and make a call! I had to call after the fact and wait for reimbursement!! More
