Had my car towed here very late on a Saturday evening, expecting to be without my car for quite some time. To my surprise, my service advisor got in touch with me almost immediately on Monday morning and expecting to be without my car for quite some time. To my surprise, my service advisor got in touch with me almost immediately on Monday morning and started the diagnostic procedure. After figuring out the problem I was contacted again with a very comprehensive plan on what they thought was the best way to go about fixing it. I was also notified when parts were ordered and when they arrived. Only a few days later, I was pleased to hear the repair had been completed, and not only that; they managed to fix another issue which I had been dealing with for some time. Overall, I'd have to say that Rodney Porter (my advisor) is hands down the best thing to ever come out of Indiana, and Eric Maresh (the technician who worked on my vehicle) is a mechanical wizard. I will definitely be coming back for service in the future. More
