They also shipped my plates to me to save me a three hour round trip. By far the easiest visit to the dealership I ever had. More

To start I am the worst kind of car buyer. I know exactly what I want(and I’m picky) and how much I’m willing to pay for it. Rodrigo was amazing from the word go. He listened and understoo I know exactly what I want(and I’m picky) and how much I’m willing to pay for it. Rodrigo was amazing from the word go. He listened and understood what I was looking for, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. Just all around great while looking at trucks, even took the time and showed me all the features they have now in a brand new truck that I’ve never even heard of. Once inside to look online at the entire inventory he checked on one they had just got on the lot. And lo and behold it was everything I was looking for to a T. I was ready to talk price and sign the papers right then. The unfortunate part is while working with Rodrigo was awesome and a great experience. Once I was negotiating with the sales manager we couldn’t come to an agreement. Difference of opinions between us ruined the deal. Bright side. Because of the way Rodrigo listened and treated me. I came back the next day and was able to sit down with him and the sales manager from the dealer next door(they share inventory) and purchase the newest and nicest truck I’ve owned. I can’t sing Rodrigo’s praises enough through this entire process. For only being there a short time he’s taken to it fast and makes sure he does the best he can. Thanks again Rodrigo!! More

I have needed a new car for more than a year but I absolutely HATE new car shopping…After my kids convincing me to go to car shopping and despite my three requirements (new NOT used, hard topped and v absolutely HATE new car shopping…After my kids convincing me to go to car shopping and despite my three requirements (new NOT used, hard topped and very specific set of color options), a salesman tried to convince me to buy a soft topped car with 6,000 miles put on by the previous owner (a fellow salesperson) and one of my least favorite colors. We left the other dealership. My son remembered a friend at Front Royal Ford and we headed straight there. RODRIGO BERNABEU to the rescue! He only showed me cars I was interested in, fully listened to me, treated me better than I have ever experienced at a car dealer and it was quite easy to find exactly what I wanted ~ not what the dealership wanted to get rid of. Rodrigo helped restore my faith that not all car dealers are bad. He is young but has learned well from his mentors. He treats people with respect and will go far with his work ethics and serving the customer attitude. I will gladly return to and refer friends to Front Royal Ford and especially Rodrigo Bernabeu! More
