I have purchased 4 vehicles here. I worked a deal 2 months ago and they told me to go empty my truck and come back for my new Yukon. When I was home getting ready to trade in . The sa I worked a deal 2 months ago and they told me to go empty my truck and come back for my new Yukon. When I was home getting ready to trade in . The salesman called and said the Yukon they worked the deal on was already sold to someone else. I ordered a new Yukon and it arrived 2 weeks ago but they had no transportation to get it to the dealer. I told the salesman to call one of their contracted wrecker service and pay 100 dollars and get my Yukon to me. Well the sales manager was too cheap to spend 100 dollars when they were probably making about 4 grand profit on this $72 grand vehicle. Salesman told me it would arrive Monday. Monday came and went. Tuesday came and went. Wednesday they sent me a picture of the Yukon and said come get your Yukon. I simply replied and said that is your Yukon not mine. I ordered another Yukon from another dealer. They lost me as a customer. I use to service all my vehicles there but looks like I am a new customer of Fountain GMC now. Never buy a car here, they don’t care about loyalty. More
