I purchased new tires at Colonial Ford and my vehicle has not driven the same since. I took my vehicle to another Ford dealer and was told the issue is probably related to the ball joint —but this dealer is not driven the same since. I took my vehicle to another Ford dealer and was told the issue is probably related to the ball joint —but this dealer is too short staffed to fix Colonial Ford’s repair. In terms of Bruce Kelly—he doesn't know how to spell “truth” so don't expect him to provide it. He completely wasted of my time—said he personally drove it… lies, lies and more lies. More
