Garrett’s service is exceptional! Although my ideal car wasn’t initially available, Garrett reserved my second choice model and kept his eye out in case my first choice freed up which it eventually did. Throughout the entire process, he gave me the out the door price breakdown, so when I showed up I knew exactly what I would be paying. Even though I had a competing offer at a local dealership, I was willing to make the 1.5 hour drive because of the thoroughness of Garrett’s information and his commitment to find the car I wanted. When I arrived to close the deal, Garrett had the car prepped and ready for me to sign and drive away without delays. Hesam, the finance manager, was super efficient and courteous. I also felt zero pressure to purchase additional products that I didn’t want. Overall, it was the smoothest deal closing experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Mazda of Elk Grove in the future, and I am telling all my friends what a fantastic buying experience this was! More

Garret to the rescue once again. I went in to see about reserving a cx-50 but the cx-30 caught my eye. Ended up realizing cx-30 was more aligned with my needs and budget and Garret m I went in to see about reserving a cx-50 but the cx-30 caught my eye. Ended up realizing cx-30 was more aligned with my needs and budget and Garret made sure to take care of us in this world of excessive dealer mark-ups. I felt that I was given an amazing car at a fair price and didn't get stuck having to wait 6 months for newer inventory to roll through. This is the 4tg car I've bought from this dealership and 3rd car from Garret. I recommend Mazda and Garret to anyone in the market for a new car. More
