I am not happy with your service department when I take my truck in for an oil change they rush the job do not always put air in my tires. Just because I had already bought new tires this summer they shipp my truck in for an oil change they rush the job do not always put air in my tires. Just because I had already bought new tires this summer they shipped properly inflating my tires because the tires needed air. I feel they are always rushing because they have too many vehicles to service; therefore perform a rush careless service. More

It was okay, however I asked for a service done on my headlights that wasn’t completed. Then I was told I would get a follow-up (regarding my headlights) later that day through a phone call. I never rece headlights that wasn’t completed. Then I was told I would get a follow-up (regarding my headlights) later that day through a phone call. I never received a call. Also, after my truck was finished, I (once again) never received a phone call to come pick it up. I waited and waited until I got impatient and went to go check myself, and my truck was ready to go the whole time. Who knows how long I sat in the lobby wasting time when my truck was just sitting there ready to go. This was my worst visit yet, hopefully just a “once in a blue moon” thing. More
