So the facility is nice and all, however, the prices on things that needed done were way beyond what a normal mechanic would charge. It would have cost over $800 dollars to get all the things that needed d things that needed done were way beyond what a normal mechanic would charge. It would have cost over $800 dollars to get all the things that needed done. For instance it was going to cost around $165 to look at seepage I had around my transmission cap. I ultimately had it looked at by my mechanic and he said it looks like spillage from whenever it had maintenance done to it. He said will monitor it but thats what it looks like. He had my car for a few hours and didn't see any leakage from it. Didn't charge me anything. To me this is over the top. Don't mind paying for stuff that is broke but to a few mins to look something over and then charge $165...Nope. More

The service guy didn't make sure that multi-point inspection is done and didn't share any details when asked why this was not done. Also the person didn't pay any attention to problem. I almost had a coronary when Chuck said I needed a new set of tires. He mistakenly had me confused with another customer. Overall Chuck was very personable. Staff was professional and polite as always, but service was far too expensive for simple things like an oil change. Will be looking for other services to do simple maintenance like this. My appointment was for a free 64 point inspection. When I arrived they verified I was there for an oil change and check. Not sure why they expected I would get an oil change when I did not request i When I arrived they verified I was there for an oil change and check. Not sure why they expected I would get an oil change when I did not request it. Fast service and very little wait time was great. No other cars in line when I arrived, which was great! Although this survey requires I rate a person I worked with, I have no names of anyone I worked with so I made up a rating for Rufus (don't know him) More
