Weird experience - Sales dude Russel was great to work with - There was a discrepancy between what they posted online and the car that actually was there. This was the third car purchased from this dealership and the second from Russell. Russell did a great job and made the process smooth and simple. Appreciate the input and knowledge he had to offer. A $51K van with no spare tire? Why would anyone think its a great idea to risk a family vehicle being stranded who knows where with only a can of sealer good for only a simple leak? I thought the start stop button was bad on the highlander at first but a mfr producing a 6K pound vehicle with no spare tire (and no run flat tires installed) really surprised me. More
