Stay away from this place!! Submitted an honest disclosure of vehicle mileage, conditions, damage, etc on their website in order to sell it to them and was quoted an offer price. Went there and the disclosure of vehicle mileage, conditions, damage, etc on their website in order to sell it to them and was quoted an offer price. Went there and the in person offer was $ 2,450 dollars lower than online offer. Waste of time and insulting offer! More

RC Hill refused to give me pricing via email, they said they would only discuss prices over the phone. This is such poor customer service. The only reasons you would only give pricing over is the phone is they would only discuss prices over the phone. This is such poor customer service. The only reasons you would only give pricing over is the phone is so you can change pricing in person. I do not trust them. I purchased my vehicle from a different dealership who actually wanted my business and would give me pricing via email. RC Hill needs to majorly step up their customer service and not treat potential customers so poorly. More

Fast and easy! We arrived with our Truecar quote and RC Hill was the only dealer that actually went back to that quote (out of 4 dealers!). Russell was very knowledgable and friendly.
