We knew going into the car shopping is stressful, as it always is, however if we had any questions or needed help, Kailyn was always there to help us out. Her concern and passion for her job AND customers is top rated. We were not able to close a deal and therefore did not purchase from Champion, but we wanted to thank everyone for their help with us and trying so hard to get us a deal that we could afford. I felt the need to let the Management of Champion know that Kailyn was a breath of fresh air and we really found her to be supportive and go way and beyond her call of normal duties to help us. Not Ready to Buy When I scheduled the time to look at a couple of units I just thought it would be a review of available units andaccessories. I arrived and Doug was there to answer questions but not a hard sell technique. I told him the wife and I would return on Thursday to bring the spouse for her examination of the autos. On Thursday we arrived and he allowed us to look at the autos we had decided to look at. He presented us with some information about pricing and financing. Allowed us to look at the options and let us decide. No pressure to sign. We walked out with a new vehicle and everything was very low key. I would recommend everyone to work with this dealership and es[ecially Doug Walker. Rusty did the final paperwork and did a great job of making us feel as if we were part of the family. More

Finance Team does not respect time. My husband and I recently purchased a car from Glenn at Champion, can't say enough about him!! He was fantastic! So easy going and very understanding of our situation. Glenn was made aware ahead of time that I had a small window to take delivery of our vehicle and he had made Kenny in the finance department very aware of this. Glenn continued to apologize to us as we waited for Kenny to be ready for us, well past our scheduled time. So we were finally taken back to the finance department where, much to our irritation, he didn't have a single piece of paperwork ready for us to sign. He acknowledged when we walked in that he knew we were in a hurry....apparently he did not. We sat there for the next hour and a half as he slowly printed papers one by one. We feel as if there was no excuse for this as Glenn had all of our information verified in advance, so as to help us out and avoid spending too much time there. Overall, we were EXTREMELY satisfied with Glenn, he was extremely apologetic that the delivery took so long, even though it was entirely out of his hands, but we were not pleased with the preparedness of the finance team and their respectfulness of our time. More

Sometimes you just when things feel right. Everyone was friendly, the atmosphere didn't feel like an auction house. It was like going to the grocery store, they had what we wanted and let us work out a dea friendly, the atmosphere didn't feel like an auction house. He explained things the best he could and seemed more like a friend than someone trying to convince you that the world would end if we didn't take their offers. I came in to the dealership with negative equity on a car I bought from Hare Chevrolet 2 years ago. I went back there first and the salesman was clearly dishonest and wouldn't show me the numbers or answer m I bought from Hare Chevrolet 2 years ago. I went back there first and the salesman was clearly dishonest and wouldn't show me the numbers or answer my questions straight up. I had bought my G6 from Dugan several years back and decided to go back to Dugan. I remembered how my salesperson Allison was honest and took the time to explain everything, show me my car and keep in touch thru service stops along the way. I went to Hare because it was a woman owned business and I try to support that. I was very sorry I did. I met Doug Walker and have been so impressed with his honest, sincere way of handling my situation that both my daughter and I have posted on facebook. I will never go anywhere else again. Doug and Loren worked very hard to help me get in to the beautiful car I have, with an affordable payment and started forward to get rid of the negative equity I had strapped myself with. While waiting on numbers to come back, that both Doug and Loren explained and answered all my questions, we met the new owner Fernando (I believe was his first name) of the now Dugan soon to be Champion. I was also impressed with is down to earth approach to us, even though he is a very wealthy man, and we hardly have anything. We appreciated the treatment we received from all the staff we worked with. THANK YOU for hiring honest, caring employees to help single moms like myself to be able to have a nice car!!!!! I look forward to having years of great service and cars. More
