My experience with Ray Chevy was top notch. Cody did a great job and his customer service was the best I’ve dealt with thus far. The process in and of itself can take a bit of time, but to me well worth t great job and his customer service was the best I’ve dealt with thus far. It was in the waiting where they took time to get to know me, and that speaks volumes when it comes to the type of people they are. Hugo was great. He was the only person at the dealership that was in it to please the customer. Great employee! Has a lease I needed out of to buy the new vehicle. They led me to believe they would take that was in it to please the customer. Great employee! Has a lease I needed out of to buy the new vehicle. They led me to believe they would take care of that, until I got Ther. Had to argue to get only a portion of my lease completed. But with trucks being in high demand they do not need the customer right now we need them and they know it. But once again Hugo was great, only good thing about the purchase other than the truck, I really like the truck. More

Found a vehicle at Ray Chevrolet drive 2hours and Ed was our salesman. Ed was great very welcoming and went the extra mile. Excellent Customer Service. I did some research online and picked out a few vehicles to check out. Went on a Saturday to Ray Chevrolet to look for those vehicle. The place was crowded. Walked the lot to and picked out a few vehicles to check out. Went on a Saturday to Ray Chevrolet to look for those vehicle. The place was crowded. Walked the lot to look at a couple of used cars. Was not completely impressed with the 2 I found on line. Then I saw the 2016 Subaru Forrester. I checked it out and test drove it. I was sold. Since I was preapproved from my financial group, I started the paperwork with Cody Gonzales. It took awhile buy I received a financing number from their finance group. It worked for me. A little more of a wait and I signed the paperwork, made my down payment and drove away with my car. In Monday I had a couple of small issues that Cody took care of immediately. Great customer service. Great follow up. Very Professional. More
