I get followup texts after every service to make sure I'm satisfied with my experience, which is really nice. My mini cooper is the first car I've really enjoyed driving so I feel fortunate that going to the dealership is pleasant and friendly. The dealership is about an hour from my house but it's worth the drive because I know I will be treated well and get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. More
