Man this has to be the best car buying experience I've ever had, bar none! I have never purchased a vehicle long distance before, but when I couldn't find what I was looking for locally I decided to give ever had, bar none! I have never purchased a vehicle long distance before, but when I couldn't find what I was looking for locally I decided to give it a shot. I couldn't be more pleased! Lake Ford had exactly what I was looking for and when I inquired about the truck I was interested in, Mike contacted me back almost immediately, on his day off! He went into the dealership and sent me tons of pictures and videos of the truck. He was transparent about everything and went above and beyond to answer any question or concern I might have. Knowing it might take a while to hammer out the details long distance, they allowed be to put a refundable deposit down on the truck so it wouldn't get sold out from under me. We had the loan and sales papers signed in less than 48 hrs and my dream truck was on its way to me in TN! While we were getting that done there were a few minor cosmetic things they took care of without me even asking!!! And to see the work they put into this truck once they got it in before they sold it to was also amazing. They clearly care about selling high quality vehicles and will not knowingly sell you a car that needs work. I know for a fact that none of the cars I have previously purchased from other dealerships were in near as good of condition as the truck Mike helped me purchase. Once the sales papers were signed the truck was on its way to me and I got it within about 3 business days! I never expected as good a car buying experience as this one, especially being out of state. Mike was on top of everything the whole time and really put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Lake Ford and Mike to anyone looking for an awesome car buying experience!!! More
