The communication with service is so much to be desired as far as how long things take when you need your vehicle and it was communicated to the service department that you need your vehicle they’re workin as far as how long things take when you need your vehicle and it was communicated to the service department that you need your vehicle they’re working on something else from the day before you drop your vehicle off at 7:30 in the morning and get a call at 12:30 in the afternoon saying they need your vehicle another day that should have been communicated the day before knowing that they’re working on another vehicle for a long time and wouldn’t be able to get my vehicle done that same day customers lose out on a days pay of work for no reason but communication More

Purchase a SUV, change my mind about the warranty in five days. Had to wait 30 days to be applied. Would have been easier to update the contract. The MANAGER wouldn't do it. I feel that they never listened to my issues. Took my vehicle in 4 times to resolve the same issue. Each time I picked it up, the check engine light goes off on my drive back home/work. They say they are going to call back in 15 minutes and then never call back. My car is STILL not fixed and I have been extremely stressed from this entire situation. Terrible experience. I would never buy from Lake Ford again just due to the service department. More
