2018 F150 in for rodent smell inside cab. Everything taken out of compartments, glove box and storage was tossed in bed of truck. Nothing was found. I told dealer I would pick up vehicle nex Everything taken out of compartments, glove box and storage was tossed in bed of truck. Nothing was found. I told dealer I would pick up vehicle next morning. When I got truck home I discovered everything was still in bed of truck. Additionally about a dozen items from interior cab needed to be reinstalled. Had to take truck back. This cost me about an extra 3/4 of a day. Ryan was helpful and said they would adjust my bill by sending a check to my home address. I never received anything. All in all a terrible and expense visit v More

Avoid this place like the plague! ! Had my charging system replaced there for over 1,300$ and my engine caught fire a month later. Ryan Holcomb said there’s nothing they can do. Avoid !
