After making an appointment 4 days in advance, and even dropping the car off an hour before my appointment time, they still waited an entire day to even look At the car. If they had looked at the car the day I had my appointment I would've had my car back in time for me to go to work. But a couple hour job took them 2-3 days. The only thing I can praise about my entire experience is the actual mechanic work. I'm just glad my car is back and my problem was fixed, and they even went above and beyond checking my diff fluid for metal particles. However the entire service part was poor. As soon as I pull up to drop off my vehicle the service guy (not the one assigned to my vehicle) told me immediately to give them a 5 star review and I haven't even given them my keys or told him what's wrong with my car. Basically, next time I have a problem with my Ford I'll take the extra 15 minutes on my drive and go to another dealership. I just want to know, what's the point of making an appointment if when I show up at my appointment time my car still has to wait in line as if I was a walk in customer? More

Don Mast was a great help, as we were on vacation and in a time crunch. He kept in touch with us and even checked in as we were on our way home,, and it was his day off!! Thanks also to Ryan, and Amy,who he a time crunch. He kept in touch with us and even checked in as we were on our way home,, and it was his day off!! Thanks also to Ryan, and Amy,who helped when Don was not working. Tech Dale came in and finished the job when the part arrived, on his day off, getting us on our way home on time. The only complaint we have is that the team had no way to track the part we were waiting for. The part was supposed to arrive Friday, but did not arrive until late Saturday morning. This meant we did not know if we were going to have to make plans to stay longer until the part actually showed up. It seems odd to us that they were unable to track through FedEx or UPS. More
