Had an issue with my 2017 Ford Escape, I was over the warranty but called Walker and was told to bring it in. My steering wheel was coming loose and was concerned about it being a safety issue. I brought warranty but called Walker and was told to bring it in. My steering wheel was coming loose and was concerned about it being a safety issue. I brought it in, left it with them and 2 hours later it was fixed and at No Charge!!! Kudos to Brian and his team........ I was reminded at my last oil change that I needed to consider changing all the fluids for the transfer case, radiator & rear axle.
