We bought a new car. There are some sounds i hear that i think are not "normal" for a new car. I don't feel taken seriously. They just ran the engine next to another and said they sound the same. After I no think are not "normal" for a new car. I don't feel taken seriously. They just ran the engine next to another and said they sound the same. After I notified them they saw that there was a rubber seal sticking out of the set windows by the back seat in November. They would order a new one to replace it. It was in February I got a call that the window arrived for replacement. After we made the appointment they replaced it in just over an hour. So that was good. I haven't decided yet wether to go to another dealer or give them another chance. Time will tell. More

Brought my vehicle in front oil changed and it took close to two hours to do. I was in the parts department and I overheard two customers complaining about waiting extended periods of time almost 2 hours as to two hours to do. I was in the parts department and I overheard two customers complaining about waiting extended periods of time almost 2 hours as well for an oil change I talk to the service manager and he knows that is a known problem but nothing is being done to fix it.
