A BAD EXPERINCE..THAT TURNED OUT GOOD IN THE END. I do business with Newton Nissan daily through my work. I was in the market for a new truck and decided that a new Nissan Frontier was what I was want I do business with Newton Nissan daily through my work. I was in the market for a new truck and decided that a new Nissan Frontier was what I was wanting to buy. I shopped all of the middle Tennessee Nissan dealers but chose to buy from Newton because of price, convenience, and the fact that they had the exact truck I wanted in stock. The buying process went smoothly.. the price of the truck and my trade was handled before I arrived at the dealership. Even financing went smoothly which was nice because I am still in the process of rebuilding my credit. Where the ball was dropped was the fact that my salesman and the internet manager did not listen to me about leaving the pro4x decals on my truck. I had decided after seeing it on the truck in person to leave them on and told them on multiple occasions to do that, but when I received my truck from detail the decals were removed. Everyone apologized and promised to make it right, but getting them to fulfill their promise was another story. If the story ended here.. I would not continue to be a customer of Newton Nissan. It was not until Sheryl Morris took over three weeks after my purchase that things started going in the right direction. She took over the process, got all of the decals ordered, and set me up in a rental while my truck was being serviced. She was always in communication with me and I knew she wouldn't drop the ball. She also told me when I picked up my truck(that looked great btw) that if I ever needed anything in the future to not hesitate to call her. I told her that I would be rating the transaction on the survey with Nissan based on her service alone. Sheryl is a great asset to Newton and I'm sure that mine is not the first relationship with Newton that needed repairing. So a word to all salesman and managers.. listen to and respect your customers wishes and value your customers business. And always keep your word.. do as you say you will do. And learn from Sheryl, she knows how customers need to be treated. More
