Kimberly was incredibly helpful and friendly from the start. We were looking to trade in my Jeep for a new Crosstrek so we went for a test drive and decided that we would rather do a build but absolutely start. We were looking to trade in my Jeep for a new Crosstrek so we went for a test drive and decided that we would rather do a build but absolutely loved the way they drove and handled. We made a build in office then ended up changing what we wanted added later on at home. Kimberly was able to do everything over the phone and made it painless for us. When it was time to pick up the Crosstrek we were in and out in less than two hours, that seems unheard of with car dealerships. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Every question I and my wife had was answered so we felt completely confident with every choice we made throughout the process. We will continue to use Jacksonville Subaru in the future and look forward to working with them again. More
