First Contact I contacted Courtney Kipikasha regarding the availability of an Outback posted online. She was professional and knowledgeable. She suggested my wife and I visit the Jacksonville Sales center and meet with a Salesman. I wasn't interested in dealing with any high pressure or slick talking Salesman. If I met one I was walking and going to Orange Park. Courtney assured me the Sales Center had qualified personnel and high pressure wasn't a necessary tactic. Courtney said Dave Bailey was available to see my wife and I and put us in the 2022 Outback I had seen online that afternoon. Dave Bailey contacted us on the phone as we were driving to the Sales center. He let us know he would be available to assist us with our needs. He asked us if we would need a hot coffee upon our arrival. I was looked at my wife and rolled my eyes. Well it wasn't an act. Dave Bailey is a genuinely nice guy. He was very helpful and not mention knowledgeable. He was professional throughout the entire process. Dave called us to provide updates on the location of our vehicle as it was moving from the Subaru factory, rail,truck, and the lot. We were very happy with the process. Great guy. He introduced us to Ryan, the finance Manager. I am not a fan of the finance guy. Well. I have to say, Ryan was a not a high pressure tactic guy either. Simple and direct. Questions were asked and asked. We were introduced to the electronic tablet instead of the reams of paper for signatures. A very easy and pleasant process. Not an overstatement, but a truthful one. This was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have ever made in my life time. My wife and I highly recommend Subaru of Jacksonville. More

We were met with amazing service. Before during and after the sale. We were offered drinks and snacks for my expecting wife and 2 year old son. Who happily accepted. I wish there was a little more care put into working on customer’s need and making sure that I’m comfortable and super excited about buying a car on my own, however some of it felt rushed and I didn’t feel like they worked with me completely on everything I needed. I turned down a different deal on the word that they’d get me to the same price point but I ended up being over by 2,000 or losing my warranty. I wish I didn’t get have to choose but I ended up removing the warranty in order to stay in my budget that I was promised they’d work with. I also wish they would’ve offered more of an experience before my purchase. I understand they brought it all the way to Georgia from Jax, but I wish I was offered a test drive a little run down on how the car works etc. I was given the papers to sign and a brief second to read them over and then that was it. I’ve been trying to watch videos and read the manual to work the car on my own which I do not mind. But touching back on providing a better experience for the customer and making sure they meet my needs, there is definitely some room for improvement. Great car just not super satisfied with the end all result. Thank you Subaru! More

This is the 4th new Subaru we have purchased at Subaru of Jax. Juan has been the Sales Rep. each time. Juan is a friendly and warm person. You can trust him.
