We came in, looked at a few cars, talked about the options and then left the dealership without any sales tactic experience buying a car hands down. We were then able to contact the sales rep via email and phone call when we had more questions. We returned to the dealer a couple of weeks later and looked at more cars before coming to a decision. Our sales rep John Pitts was full of information and was also great with our kids. It was a great experience and will be going back again. All of the Financing department, internet sales, and sales reps we talked with were very helpful and full of information. I highly recommend buying from this dealership More

He even synced my phone to the car and made sure I had the driver’s seat and my mirrors perfectly adjusted for a comfortable and safe trip home. Great car buying experience I was looking for a new car to replace my 2005 Honda. Our first stop was Subaru of Jacksonville where we were greeted by Jerry Johnson who showed us I was looking for a new car to replace my 2005 Honda. Our first stop was Subaru of Jacksonville where we were greeted by Jerry Johnson who showed us around and patiently went over the cars we were interested in without they high pressure sometimes found at dealerships. Since Subaru of Jacksonville was our first stop in the car buying expedition, we thanked Jerry and proceeded to check the other vehicles at a few different dealerships. In the end, it came down to two (2) vehicles with the Subaru being the favored for both its look, features, dealership, and Jerry. Jerry made the entire process less stressful and even enjoyable. It has been almost 2 months since getting my new Forrester and I am extremely happy with my choice. I would and have recommended anyone who is looking for a car to go to Subaru of Jacksonville and talk to Jerry. Thank you for making this a great experience! More
