The car that I purchased was exactly what I wanted. The salesman was very helpful and directly provided information about the requested car and we went on a test drive within 15 minutes of my arrival The salesman was very helpful and directly provided information about the requested car and we went on a test drive within 15 minutes of my arrival at the dealership. We were able to close on a deal for this car within an hour, and I had the flexibility to leave the car at the dealership until the next weekend to pick it up. Upon arrival the next weekend, we were able to complete the paperwork and drive off of the lot. There were a couple of complications with picking up the car. I did not know that I had to have active insurance coverage on the car to drive it off of the lot, and so the coverage that I obtained that morning didn't work since the policy didn't become active until the next day. It took me three phone calls to my insurance company to get proof of insurance that was active at the time. I would recommend informing drivers to set up insurance the day before pickup in situations like this. Another concern is that I received a call from the salesman about 30 minutes after I had driven off of the lot and left Staten Island. I was asked to to return to the dealership to complete a missing part of the temporary registration. The finance manager needed to record some information on the registration, which took two minutes, then I was able to leave again. Overall, the experience was great and I would generally recommend the dealership to other people in the area. More
