I unexpectedly needed a new transmission and Sal did a great job keeping me abreast of my vehicle's status. Was able to get the part quickly considering the existing supply chain delays and I got the vehi great job keeping me abreast of my vehicle's status. Can't notice the difference with the new transmission. I have a Dodge dealer and service dept much closer to where I live which would be more convenient for me, but I go to Danbury Dodge for my service. More
