Melissa in customer service was and angel and worked with Mr. Gurayua in obtaining parts for my Jeep repair and always kept me in the lo technicians. Super friendly staff, quick service, and i felt like i was in good hands the whole time. I just bought a used 2014 grand cherokee and worked with adrian. I sent him many options at different price points was in good hands the whole time. I just bought a used 2014 grand cherokee and worked with adrian. I sent him many options at different price points but looked at the cherokee first as he told us it drove better than the more expensive vehicles i wanted to look at which immediately gave me a lot of respect for him and comfort in working with them. The car drove great, and my only issue was that we had agreed on a price with a 3 year comprehensive bumper to bumper warranty and the final finance person tried to switch it out to a powertrain warranty. We ended up with a 2 year instead of 3 year comprehensive bumper to bumper. When i picked the car up on the way home the check engine light came on, but i called adrian and went back the next day. They replaced the faulty thermostat at no charge. I would definitely buy from them again, but do fight for your warranty. More
