There was a line in the windshield which could have been a crack. This is sloppy salesmanship - Sam knew I was coming in to pick it up and should have made sure it was perfect. I emailed Russell and soon received a call from Mary in customer service etc. I should have received a phone call and apology from Mr Cunha himself. Also, when I went to pick up the vehicle, Sam tried to take care of another client during my appointment time. He said they were late, which clearly was not my problem. More
