My experience at Westside Lexus was positive overall. The process was streamlined and John Loving was awesome. That said the finance person, Sam, I believe was fake and turned rude when he realized we weren’ process was streamlined and John Loving was awesome. He asked me as my husband was sitting next to me “is he always like this?”. He was not joking. It was like he flipped a switch and became a different person. The smile and jovial demeanor disappeared. I am sure the dealership is already aware of this so I have to include this interaction in my total analysis of the dealership. The salesman is good but the guy from finance is buxxxx..he told me if I put more down payment my interest still high included I use reapproval from another bank.
