This included sourcing a missing cargo cover, ordering and installing OEM parts, arranging detailing, and ensuring the vehicle was returned in the condition promised. Despite real logistical challenges and dependencies outside of his direct control, Jae was punctual, transparent, and proactive. He met me exactly as agreed, left his own vehicle to make things work, completed the detailing, filled the gas tank, installed the missing items, and personally delivered the car at the agreed time. What stood out most was his sense of responsibility to the customer. He treated the completion of these items as integral to the deal itself, not as an afterthought.
