Sam was very nice, but didn't listen to why I was bringing in the vehicle. I brought the car in because the air bag light was on; but Sam wrote up the tire pressure light was blinking (which it was, bringing in the vehicle. I brought the car in because the air bag light was on; but Sam wrote up the tire pressure light was blinking (which it was, but not my concern at the moment), so the tech focused on that. After a conversation, I finally was able to convey to Sam what I needed looked at. He said the air bag light was not on. A system diagnostic said the seat airbag had kicked out the error. I wasn't charged for the diagnostic service which I really appreciated. The air bag light is still on, by the way, so I'm back to square one. More

Kasey was an excellent service advisor . . Very helpful . Arranged for me to have a ride home and to pick me up when car was ready. I especially have shared with my family and friends how .
