The service center did a terrible mistake when they delivered the vehicle. They left the hood open and my wife drove the car back home unknowingly. I would call that a major security concern. Would have appreciated a better explanation from the Service desk related to the rental car/loaner car policy. The woman started with "we dont provide free loaner cars just for dropping off a car". Th Service desk related to the rental car/loaner car policy. The woman started with "we dont provide free loaner cars just for dropping off a car". That is a true statement BUT since i was dropping off a new 2023 car there were many better, more gentle ways to respond and explain. Jumping immediatly to how much i had to pay for a rental car was the worst way to respond. Service desk woman was very nice when i met her, assuming it was the same person, but that initial discussion was unnecessarily painful. A little coaching would go a long way. More
