There were several things they said they did, but really didn't do like tire rotation and full synthetic oil change. I marked my tires in advance to make sure they rotate them. I looked at my receipt and tr didn't do like tire rotation and full synthetic oil change. I marked my tires in advance to make sure they rotate them. I looked at my receipt and trusted their word thinking if they charged me, they probably did it. I got home and found out not only did they no rotated the tires, they didn't check the front brakes even though they told me brakes are all good. The car pulsates when I stop so I took it to a different honda dealership who showed me the old worn brakepads. Now I wonder if if even used full synthetic oil for me car or and they simply charge me for synthetic and use conventional. Go elsewhere More

Unsatisfied with your customer service. Very unprofessional. Emailed by car was ready when to the desk waited 10 minutes while the guy was doing something not real sure what he was doing. Great service, easy to get to, service advisors really know their stuff. I was quoted a price what my service would be and they were only off by about two dollars.
