Excellent, prompt service Visiting Temecula from Northern California and had some A/C issues on a Friday. Samantha said she could diagnose on Sat but would have to set an appo Visiting Temecula from Northern California and had some A/C issues on a Friday. Samantha said she could diagnose on Sat but would have to set an appointment for repair for the following Wed. I left the car Friday night and received a call from Samantha before noon on Sat, advising me that the car was repaired and suggested that I have my oil changed and tires rotated. Everything was completed by 2pm that day and they also gave me a courtesy car wash. Samantha is the most kind, understanding, friendly and courteous service representative that I have ever dealt with in my 60+ years of car ownership. One of the things that really impressed me about Samantha was that she under promised and over delivered.. I was so impressed with the service and promptness of this dealership, I am considering having my brakes done prior to my return to Northern California. GREAT/FAST Service - THANKS!!! Was driving from San Diego to Reno on a Thursday morning after having recently had the 40,000 mile service performed at Mossy Ford in San Diego. Abou Was driving from San Diego to Reno on a Thursday morning after having recently had the 40,000 mile service performed at Mossy Ford in San Diego. About 1/2 an hour south of Temecula, the message "Oil Change Required" appeared on the screen on the instrument panel. Suspected that Mossy had not reset the Oil Change indicator, but could not take the chance that there wasn't something amiss, so stopped at Gosch. They took the car in (Samantha Service Attendant), checked it out, reset the Oil Change indicator, topped of the oil (it was 1/2 a quart low), and I was on my way (no charge) in less than an hour. AWESOME service - MANY THANKS!!! More
