Quick, easy, and honest I found the car of my dreams online and immediately contacted Jovan at Jim Ellis to see if it was still available. Jovan returned my email immediately and began working with me to make arrangements for a test drive. Since I live more than 70 miles from the dealership, his professionalism and willingness to work around my busy schedule was the best part of the buying experience. We agreed to a great price and from that point on, it was one of the easiest car purchases of my life. The service person, Ed., was very good. The rest of the visit, including the part, including the installation, including the outcome, we’re terrible. Waited for the part to show up 6 to 8 weeks. It shows up, installation takes a few days, and then the part is defective, and it also disabled the microphone in the truck. I do my business on the road. So this affected how I conduct my business. Absolutely dissatisfied. Once again, the service person, was really good. I don’t want to pin it on him. More

Bought a used GMC Sierra 1500 I went to Jim Ellis after visiting several other local dealerships. I was looking for a used full-sized truck. This was the first dealership that act I went to Jim Ellis after visiting several other local dealerships. I was looking for a used full-sized truck. This was the first dealership that actually had the vehicles onsite that the website advertised. (Rick Hendrick Chevrolet was awful about that.) Nelson was great to work with. He and Sami were patient while waiting on my wife to arrive and finish the negotiations. I am very happy with the truck and my experience at your dealership. More
