Great salesman with excellent customer service! John was a professional throughout our entire sales process. He was very personable from the moment he approached us, and was consistently positive. H John was a professional throughout our entire sales process. He was very personable from the moment he approached us, and was consistently positive. He went above and beyond, to make sure our experience was a positive one. John resolved several mishaps that were no fault of his own, to ensure our satisfaction. Very few salesman are able or willing to make things right, even though they were not to fault. Overall this dealership is worth visiting. But there were a few snags along the way. John was faced with a few challenges, but was able to turn our purchase process into a positive one. He is the best salesman I've encountered. Definitely request John if you are considering visiting John Ellis Buick. You will be pleasantly surprised with his integrity and genuine concern for his customer. Thank you so much John. More
