He was able to answer any question we had regarding vehicle specifications, maintenance service, and pricing and made it a very smooth and stress-free buying experience. Suelee also provided excellent service in the financing department. He outlined all the important features and additional services that this dealership has to offer for their customers. Awesome Sales Experience I visited Elk Grove Toyota intent on purchasing one particular vehicle. It was quickly (and painfully) apparent that I did not fit into the vehicle I I visited Elk Grove Toyota intent on purchasing one particular vehicle. It was quickly (and painfully) apparent that I did not fit into the vehicle I wanted without tilting my head forty-five degrees towards the driver's side window. My sales associate, Samir Kahn, was very patient and listened to every requirement I had when it came to purchasing a new vehicle. After viewing the vehicles on the lot, I decided not to make a purchase that particular day. Five days later, I received a text from Samir (with video) of a vehicle that matched my wish list to a "T." I drove up to Elk Grove that day, and returned home in my new Tundra. Throughout the entire sales process, Samir was an active listener, always polite and ready to assist me in any way possible. I receive many compliments on my Tundra, and I am quick to include positive comments about my purchase experience at Elk Grove Toyota as well. More

Just Looking.....for a great deal! Went into Elk Grove Toyota to "just look" at some Tundras until fate led us to Sam Khan. Sam happened to be in the parking lot near the used cars and Went into Elk Grove Toyota to "just look" at some Tundras until fate led us to Sam Khan. Sam happened to be in the parking lot near the used cars and we were trying to find the Tundras. He showed us a brand new one that just arrived that morning. This truck was awesome but I knew there was no way I was going to be able get a deal that would make this affordable. We went inside and sat down to figure out numbers. Long story short Sam got us way more for our trade in than I was expecting and gave us a great deal on my dream truck. So happy we went in to "just look" and now I have the truck I have always wanted. Thank you Sam Khan and Elk Grove Toyota! More

Bad experience My husband and I initially came and was helped by Tyler. We filled out the credit apps etc but had to come back the next day due to work. I came back about 2 weeks later ready to buy a car however I was helped by Samir. During the whole process in which my husband told him I was the primary buyer and the car was for me, he made me feel invisible. My husband kept telling him it was for me yet he continued to address and speak to him about the car and the financing. He pressured me into getting a vehicle that I didn't really want. Eventually after 4 hours of back and forth and getting the payments lower I reluctantly agreed. I checked my insurance before I signed all the papers to be sure I wouldn't be paying a lot each month for car coverage and it turned out it would cost more than the car I originally wanted. Needless to say I still was pressured to get into the car I didn't really want so finally I told them I'll come back tomorrow. The next day I came back and told them I wanted the car I initially came for a few weeks ago yet I still had pressure on me to get the car they wanted to get rid of but I didn't budge. After that Samir seemed awfully upset and unhappy with my decision. He reluctantly did all the paperwork for the car I wanted. After the deal I was so glad to get out of there and I would of gone to a different dealership but the dealership said they'd have to do another credit check and I didn't want that on my credit. Also after the deal our initial sales guy Tyler never came out and said thanks to us. I wish I had given my business to another dealership that would of appreciated us better. More
